Reporting System
Every single one of us has a role in the SAFETY and SECURITY of the Civil Aviation System in Papua New Guinea. it does not matter if you have never left the bounds of gravity or you are a frequent flyer. If you see, hear and feel that something is wrong report it without hesitation.
If you see, hear and feel there is something wrong and there is sufficient evidence of any of the following:
Bomb Threats
Terrorists Activities
Aircraft Emergency Landings
A near accident
Aviation Security Breaches
Unsafe situations
Carriage of Dangerous Goods
Waste Disposals
Hazardous Chemical Disposals
Environmental Damage from Aviation Activities
Confidential Reporting System
The intent of this system is to rein in rouge operators. It also allows general public to scrutinize civil aviation operations. Anti social behavior by aviation document holders and or operators can be reported via this system.
Mandatory Reporting System
Under Civil Aviation Regulation Part 12. The Mandatory System is for all aviation document holders to report occurrences so there is an opportunity for continuous improvement in safety and security of the civil aviation system. The Mandatory system can de-identify reporters if requested.

Your report is treated with utmost respect and confidence. You must be rest assured that your identity will not be disclosed to anyone, nor will it be stored or retrieved in any manner. When the occurrence is recorded your identity is removed. CASA PNG will only record if and only if you would say so and if you would like a copy of further investigations and actions taken to prevent reoccurrences of the same in the near future.
All CASA Flight Crew and AME Licensing Exams are now online e-Exams. You will be required to register at https://casapng.aspeqexams.com in order to book your exam. All exam fees are as per the ASPEQ fee schedule and payment may be made via credit/debit card. A sitting fee of K55 (GST Incl) is also payable to CASA PNG via EFTPOS or direct deposit before results can be released.
Approved E-Exam centre's are distributed between PNG, Australia and NZ, each having their own schedules depending on capacity and capability. e-Exam centre's in PNG are located at CASA PNG in Port Moresby and the Mission Aviation Fellowship LTD facility in Mt Hagen. Sitting dates and times are available from your ASPEQ account once registered. Please book early to avoid disappointment as spaces are limited.
