Reporting System

Every single one of us has a role in the SAFETY and SECURITY of the Civil Aviation System in Papua New Guinea. it does not matter if you have never left the bounds of gravity or you are a frequent flyer. If you see, hear and feel that something is wrong report it without hesitation.

If you see, hear and feel there is something wrong and there is sufficient evidence of any of the following:

Bomb Threats

Terrorists Activities

Aircraft Emergency Landings

A near accident

Aviation Security Breaches

Unsafe situations

Carriage of Dangerous Goods

Waste Disposals

Hazardous Chemical Disposals

Environmental Damage from Aviation Activities

Confidential Reporting System

The intent of this system is to rein in rouge operators. It also allows general public to scrutinize civil aviation operations. Anti social behavior by aviation document holders and or operators can be reported via this system.

Mandatory Reporting System

Under Civil Aviation Regulation Part 12. The Mandatory System is for all aviation document holders to report occurrences so there is an opportunity for continuous improvement in safety and security of the civil aviation system. The Mandatory system can de-identify reporters if requested.
